Helene Liu is the founder of The MasterMinds, a Consultancy & Coaching group, which mission is to assist individuals and organisations in transition by clarifying directions, expanding knowledge & self-expertise, and fostering sustainability for long term growth.

Hélène has been promoting excellence through various means for nearly two decades, both as an advisor (to top corporate executives whom she advises on image, motivation, performance and communication), and as a multi-sector and cross-continent entrepreneur.

As a multilingual French national based in Hong Kong for 20 years, and with 18 years of direct experience in managing Human Resources in her own businesses over 3 continents, Hélène has extensive leadership experience and a direct understanding of the importance of Human management on business results in a cross-cultural environment.

Hélène is a Certified Trainer of NLP & Hypnosis, and a Certified Master Coach Trainer, member of the International Coach Federation, a leading global organisation with more than 15,000 members in nearly 90 countries, as well as the ABNLP NLP Coach, a 20,000+ member international organisation. 

She is also a Certified Firewalk & Glasswalk Trainer. In 2008, she was personally chosen by Peggy Dylan, the mother of the Firewalking movement in the Western world, to lead Sundoor Firewalk Certification trainings in the Asia Pacific region.

She has extensive experience as a performing artist, having appeared on stage since she was 5 years old, first accompanying her violinist father, then as an amateur singer and dancer. She also advises clients on public speaking and stage appearance.
