Andreas believes in the ability to change mindsets and behaviours fast and to create lasting and successful transformations in organisations, departments and individuals.

Andreas lives and breathes Asian air since 1993. His Asian time started with the UNDP at the Prime Minister's Department in Malaysia, where he developed a National Spatial Development Plan to overcome interregional disparities.

He then worked in Indonesia with a global market research company, to assist companies establish a presence in the Asian region and grew the business rapidly from ground zero.

From 2000-2005, he worked with a globally leading HR Consulting Firm. He participated in the Best Employers in Asia Studies that identified the characteristics of Best from Other companies and change management projects with multinational and local companies.

He also successfully led a team of 6 executives in a global tracking project for a leading supplier of mobile phones. Under Andreas' leadership, the project returned to profitability and increased profit margins while re-engaging the client at a high satisfaction level.

Andreas is frequently invited to speak in conferences of leading Asian Leadership Institutes on human resources-, strategy- and leadership issues as well as corporate events and business clubs.
