About Helene

Helene is the founder of The Mas­ter­Minds, a train­ing and coach­ing organ­i­sa­tion ded­i­cated to excel­lence by bring­ing indi­vid­u­als and cor­po­ra­tions to attain results by releas­ing lim­i­ta­tions and to func­tion con­sis­tently at peak performance.

She has been pro­mot­ing excel­lence through var­i­ous means for nearly two decades, both as an advi­sor (to top cor­po­rate exec­u­tives whom she advises on image, moti­va­tion, per­for­mance and com­mu­ni­ca­tion), and as a multi-sector and cross-continent entrepreneur.

As a mul­ti­lin­gual French national based in Hong Kong for 20 years, and with 18 years of direct expe­ri­ence in man­ag­ing Human Resources in her own busi­nesses over 3 con­ti­nents, she has exten­sive lead­er­ship expe­ri­ence and a direct under­stand­ing of the impor­tance of Human man­age­ment on busi­ness results in a cross-cultural environment.

She is a Cer­ti­fied Trainer of NLP, Cre­ate Your Future™ coach­ing tech­niques, and Hyp­no­sis, a Cer­ti­fied Mas­ter Coach Trainer, mem­ber of the Inter­na­tional Coach Fed­er­a­tion, a lead­ing global organ­i­sa­tion with more than 15,000 mem­bers in nearly 90 coun­tries, as well as the ABNLP NLP Coach, a 20,000+ mem­ber inter­na­tional organisation.

She is also a Cer­ti­fied Fire­walk & Glass­walk Trainer. In 2008, she was cho­sen by Peggy Dylan, the mother of the Fire­walk­ing move­ment in the West­ern world, to lead Sun­door Fire­walk Cer­ti­fi­ca­tion train­ings in the Asia Pacific region (she was cer­ti­fied as a Fire­walk Instruc­tor in 2004).

She has exten­sive expe­ri­ence as a per­form­ing artist, hav­ing appeared on stage since she was 5 years old, first accom­pa­ny­ing her vio­lin­ist father, then as an ama­teur singer and dancer. She also advises clients on pub­lic speak­ing and stage appearance.
