› Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy Change unwanted behaviours in as little as 3 hours. Why hypnosis? Nail biting, tooth grinding, lip biting, finger peeling - is there any behaviour you wished you did not do, but somehow cannot stop doing anyway. Does "I never seem to be able to open a box of chocolate or a packet of biscuits without having to gulp down the whole content!" sound familiar to you? Can you relate to: "I stopped smoking for 2 years, and for 2 years I felt a wrench of envy every time I saw someone light up. I could feel the taste in my mouth, the feeling in my body, but I held up. One day someone offered, and I thought, "Just one won't hurt". I have never stopped since. I realised that for 2 whole years, I had merely been a frustrated smoker." How about lack of self-confidence, lack of clarity, anxiety, "stress", fear of public speaking or procrastinating ("If it can be done today, it can be done tomorrow!")? Hypnosis has been used for many years with great success to lastingly resolve many of the habits or behaviours which sheer will power does not seem to have any effect on. What is it? All outer behaviours spring from inner choices and decisions made at the unconscious level. Lasting behavioural change can only happen when patterns are changed in the unconscious, that part of you that you are unaware of, right now. Hypnosis is widely accepted as one of the most effective techniques in existence nowadays to assist people to create change that LASTS! Clinical Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic process designed to create a higher state of consciousness during which the mind is more suggestible to positive lasting change. FAQ What is Hypnosis? How long does it take? The Session Typically, clients come to the CLINICAL HYPNOSIS session focusing on one area of their life (career, finances, relationships, health), with the aim to create effective and fast transformation in unwanted behaviours and lose unwanted habits. We spend the first hour or so understanding your personal history, then go on to the hypnosis session itself. |
